  1. I like using Ninja Tables. Their free version should suffice. However, it might be slightly confusing when you do the settings for the tables, as they have some really cool & responsive features.

  2. Ninja Tables and WPDataTables have similar features. Here are the differences:

    1. WPDataTables has charts and graphs but Ninja Tables will get that feature soon.
    2. Ninja Tables has WooCommerce and other integration (Forms) but WPDataTables does not have that yet.
    3. Ninja Tables is more light-weight than WP Data Tables.
    4. Both have conditional formatting.
    5. Ninja Tables have transform value property but wpDataTables does not have that.
    6. You can not customize filters in wpDataTables but you can do that in Ninja Tables.
    7. Ninja Tables has visual table styler where wpDataTables does not have that.

Another feature Ninja tables have that none other table plugin have that is stackable and mobile first approach. So you can actually show your table data as card in mobile or targeted device widths.

  3. I have been using WPdatatables for over a year, very stable, and excellent support from the developer. I like how it can handle a lot of data and have the option to either use Excel or if you really have a massive table, you can upload data to MySQL so that it doesn’t slow down your site. I am still exploring all the different options but so far am very pleased. I use GENERATEPRESS +Dynamik+Beaver Builder.

Tablepress is free. If you want paid the ninja tables pro, there is a free version that does basic.
